I don’t even know where to begin. Nicole came into my family’s life at a horrid time. My father Jerry, had been diagnosed with ALS and the disease was progressing beyond what my mom and I could deal with as far as his speech and swallowing. My dad was a Navy veteran and could be stubborn as a mule. He also had an amazing love of life and enjoyed making everyone laugh. You’re probably wondering what all of this has to do with Nicole’s abilities and rightfully so. When you are in Nicole’s position you are walking an extremely fine line. You need your patients to participate in the exercises and instruction you are giving them. But they will only fully engage if they trust that you have THEIR best interests at heart and sometimes that means being tough as a mule right back and sometimes that means making them laugh so their day is just a tiny bit brighter and hope is reignited. Nicole is that rare person that can be tough as forged steel when it’s called for, whether it’s with her patient or any provider or authority that she feels isn’t moving fast enough for her patients best interest. On the other side, she has this laugh, humor and passion that makes those bad days-for both the patient and family, a whole lot lighter. She did, has and still continues to go above and beyond not only for my dad, who we lost to this insidious disease on May 17, 2020, but for mom and I, that have been left in the wake of the loss of his undeniable room-filling presence. Nicole still steps in when needed and fills that void. If you want an individual who is committed to more than just her paycheck but to something MUCH bigger than that, for you or your loved one....Nicole is the absolute best! Stacey Fabre

This procedure was recommended due to my history of acid reflux. I was very anxious about having the procedure done but Nicole helped to ease my anxiety by explaining everything that was going to happen and what to expect. She was very professional and knowledgeable in her field. The procedure was not painful at all. After the procedure she review the results with me and provided appropriate recommendations.
